Counseling in Prescott, Arizona

Priorities change and shift throughout your life.  What’s important in your youth doesn’t seem as relevant as you grow older.  And yet, there are times when you realize that even though your priorities have shifted, your tools really haven’t. That’s where I come in.  My passion is helping you develop tools that align with your priorities.

authenticity and connection

The only thing you need to bring to your session is… yourself.  That’s what I try to do too. You’ll find me to be authentic and approachable, not afraid to share details of my life and history. I’m a real person, just like you.   Our relationship will be unique from others you’ve had, but I’ll strive to move toward the honesty and authenticity that brings value and meaning to our lives
